Jimmy's II started as a poolside tiki bar at a homestay in Dewey Beach, DE in 2022. Since then, I've shifted the emphasis toward original drinks featuring unique homemade ingredients. Still, I maintain the spirit of the first Jimmy's II by formulating drinks that reference classic cocktails, then executing them at a high level, all without sacrificing approachability, feasibility, or a hangout atmosphere.
